I’ve decided to write down things in my life that I’m thankful for. I think it’s always good to be reminded of the things and people we have, even if it is just simple everyday things ; it’s the everyday life we live that shapes us, moulds us and fill our life with joy.
I hope that as I write down some of the things I’m thankful for it inspires you to see all the treasures you have daily.
Here it goes:

Thankful for her honesty, her kindness and her beautiful heart. She is one of a kind and a woman of great depth and love. I love her for her beautiful heart, her joyful smile and the radiance she holds. No matter what, it is an honor to know that she is always there for me. Whether I am with her or far away, her love is always strong and her willingness to support and encourage me, never stops. She is beautiful, from the inside out.

-I am thankful for books and mostly for the Word of God.
-I loved every minute of Capernwray in England and the people who spent it with me!
-Tracy: So thankful for a woman who loves me and continues to care for me. It is a pleasure being welcomed into her family and having someone out west who loves me and encourages me. She is a woman of such gentleness, patience, joy and laughter.
-Mornings runs or walks are always good!
-Jake: When I think of my brother, I think of determination. Someone who dreams big and never gives up. He has taught me what it is to work hard for my dreams and to always dream big. I love him and how he continues to inspire me to pursue the Lord even when times are hard. He is a man of passion and that is beautiful to me!

-Noelle: Such a beautiful sister in my life. Someone who continues to walk with me through each step I come too. She is patient, she is kind, and she is slow to anger and full of love. She has a beauty that runs deep. I love that she challenges me and stirs in my heart a passion to seek the Lord first above all else. I am thankful for the joy she brings into my life and all that she continues to teach me, even just how she lives her day to day life.
-I am thankful for my horse and all that she teaches me, not only about riding and working with horses but myself. She is such a gift.
-Lukas: He is someone who brings a lot to my life. Whether on a horse or sitting, talking or in silence, it is always time well spent. I am thankful that he can always make me laugh and someone I can have fun with. And even through harder times he listens and walks through it with me. He is someone who is tender and loving, yet strong and brave. I value his character and willingness to work hard to pursue his dreams. -Michelle: A sweet friend who has shown me such radiance. She is beautiful from the inside out, with a heart of gold. She encourages me and supports me in faith, regardless of how far away I am from her. She is someone I couldn’t picture my life without and am thankful for the many cups of coffee we have shared together and the more we will.
-Thankful that life isn’t always easy. For the good days and the bad, I’m thankful it has grown me and strengthens me.
-I enjoy sitting and listening to the rain.
-Maddi: Such an awesome and loving friend. Someone who continues to pour into my life abundantly – whether together or far apart, I am thankful for a friendship that is so open and full of love. She is beautiful, with a radiance that runs deep and shines out of her. She is talented and loving.
-Although it takes me a while to get comfortable with people and build deep friendships, I’m thankful for those in my life who I can be silly and yet have deep conversations with.
-Camp! No matter how difficult it can be, I wouldn’t trade it in for the world. It is family and a place of such love and adventure. I would love for camp to always be apart of my life. Each person I have met at camp has taught me something and to me that’s so amazing.
-I love dancing (although most people don’t know that about me)
-Mom: My mom has given me so much. She knows this, but I couldn’t possibly write down everything I wish I could say to her. For she is someone who continues to challenge me, to walk with me and enjoy even the simplest of moments with. She has taught me what it is to enjoy the moment, to be able to sit and have a cup of coffee, and to not be afraid of being honest. Despite what I have gone through, she has never left my side, but remained beside me, reminding me of who I am in Gods eyes. She is half my heart, a woman of such character, beauty and love. Couldn’t be more thankful to have a mom as radiant as her
-I am most thankful for those who loves me, support me and care for me even when I least deserve it.
-I love laughing and smiling.
-I love spending evenings talking with good friends and watching the sunset
-I am thankful for each and every single person in my life. Whether we see each other often or maybe even once. You have brought something to my life and I am so thankful for it. I am thankful for your messages, phone calls and time spent together.
-Dad: I couldn’t love him more. He is someone who has shown me such support and love. Regardless of where I was at, he always loved me. He continues to show me how deep his love runs for me. He inspires me to chase after the Lord in all I do and to not conform to the ways of the world. He supports me and continues to inspire me to live a life worthy of the Lord in all I do. He is a man of character, of honor and of integrity. He has given our family more than we all could have asked for. He is hard working and one of the funniest people I know.
-I am thankful for the horses at camp, for they have shown me such patience and perseverance. They put up with so much and yet come in everyday willing (somewhat) to do it again! They are the Lords tool here at Pioneer and it’s awesome being able to see God use them.
-I am thankful for those who continue to show me the beauty in life, whether by telling me, writing me or enjoying it with me.
-I am so thankful for those who care for me and show that they do so. Although it is sometimes hard for me to accept it, it means a lot to me.
-Although it is mostly painful, I am thankful for the hard lessons I learn. Whether through friends pointing it out or the Lord revealing a piece of my heart. Although it humbles me, I am thankful for each one.
-I am thankful for the hug of a good friend and the time spent with people I care most about.
-Above all else, I am thankful for my Father in heaven. I am thankful for His love, His grace and His redemption. I could write for days regarding how He has saved me and continues to do so. His love is real and it runs deep in my heart. For He is faithful to me, He is patient, He is kind and He is abounding in steadfastness. He is the one who gives me purpose and that who sustains me daily. I have all the things above, because of Him. He is the King of my life and I couldn’t be more grateful that the God of all creation, cares about me and my little life.
“I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.”
